Dr. Thomas has over 20 years of environmental project management experience in permitting, field surveys, compliance monitoring and post-project impact analyses covering the following industries; oilfield, seismic exploration, pipeline, fiber optic, fisheries, Phase 1 assessments, directional drilling, highway construction/expansion, wetlands, residential and commercial development, dust mitigation, airport development, mining, landfill development, tropical forestry and electric transmission projects and related computer hardware/software, among others.
