As an expert in performance engineering processes, best-practices and tools, I work with companies to form a performance methodology, to broaden the scope of their performance practice to encompass not only testing, but design, development and operations.With Salesforce, I work to improve the performance and scalability of Core systems. My efforts revolve around improving pre-production processes to achieve better outcomes in production. Identifying and remediating gaps that lead to performance issues in production is my focus.At Boeing (contract), I worked on implementing Performance Test Automation for CI/CD, in support SAFe DevOps. Tools included MS TFS-CI, Jenkins, TFS Git, GitLab, TruWeb and Performance Center.At Mimedx (contract), I served a performance Architect, developing and implementing a set of performance processes, best practices and tools to support the capacity and scalability needs of the business. I led and developed a team developing tests to validate these needs.At TrueBlue (contract), I took over test artifacts that were several years out of date, written in Visual Studio. My off-shore team and I updated, redesigned and added new scripts to the perf test suite. Supported the CI/CD team.At Costco (contract), I led the performance testing for 2 of their 7 key IT systems, WMS & Pharmacy.At Disney (FT), technical lead for the performance team of Parks & Resorts Online. At J9 Technologies (FT), I worked as a Principal Consultant, I led consulting engagements and proofs-of-concept in the areas of performance tools, processes, testing and monitoring.At Expedia, managed the performance engineering team for Worldwide Engineering for all Expedia sites.I've consulted with companies in the are of I/T system performance, solutions implementation and conducts software training courses. At Dell, I worked on testing methodology.
