• Organizes workshops with client to conduct business studies; including collecting the current (AS-IS) business processes, existing issues with the current business processes and documenting the business requirements stated by the hospital’s employees regarding the business-related expectations of the future software solutions.• Collaborates with other business analysts to compile user requirements document (URD) which visualize the AS-IS processes (using Microsoft Visio) with a detailed plain text description of each business step within the processes. • Collaborates with other business analysts to analyze the collected issues and business requirements in order to compile software requirements specification (SRS) document, which visualizes the proposed (TO-BE) business processes, followed by a detailed plain text description of each business step within the process.
