Generate sales by engaging and connecting with customers and maintaining a neat, clean, and safe working and shopping environment. Responsible for assisting the leadership team in executing the Store visual merchandise presentation strategy and creating a compelling customer store experience.

Responsible for the growth, retention and expansion of a portfolio of existing Business Banking clients. Seek and obtain quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross selling. Build knowledge of each assigned client and develop/manage a relationship plan for each client.

Sell retail banking products and services to clients and prospects. Manage a client portfolio, service relationships and cross-sell all products and services. Develop and maintain relationships with Wells Fargo partners to maximize sale opportunities. Build long term relationships with clients and deepen the understanding of their financial needs by providing suggestions. Providing resolutions for clients in difficult situations with friendly customer service and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Assist customers with customer service transactions such as equipment troubleshooting, billing, and outbound calling. Handle customer escalations and minimize conversion rate. Be able to match customer's needs with product/services that are appropriate for customer. Educate customers about the benefits of our products and services to avoid future escalations.
