Systems Support Analyst
CurrentProvide system support directly and/or indirectly to various clients and employees. Provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner to meet deadlines. Work with leadership to execute on various projects both system and non-system related and track to completion. Set up and train on the various systems and participate in Client calls. Create and update process documents for both ender users and technical use as needed. Involved in real estate software system support and software implementation projects.
