In this position, I am managing the fall protection product group at MSA. I am directly working with marketing globally along with our engineering teams in our various design centers. I am involved in all aspects of coordinating the launch of new products into all regions and working with local marketers in developing the market strategies in each geographical region. I manage local product line managers for fall protection in several countries and coach them on strategy and marketing value creation programs. I also work with operations to determine inventory strategies and help with site selection criteria for new products and existing products.
