Current• Administrating, Maintaining & troubleshooting of LAN/WAN network consist of over 3500+ Users, 561 Branches/Sub-branches and 918 network devices including Router, Switch & firewall.• Administration, Implementation & Maintenance of NRBCBank Core and Branch Network Infrastructure devices such as Router, Switches, Firewall, ISE, F5, WLC, NMS, etc. • Core firewall devices analysis and deployment of security polices to ensure Core & Branch/Sub-branch (s) network security • Administration and Maintenance of Email operation & security (Barracuda), to ensure smooth & secure mail communication.• Ensure Security and Compliance is a systematic approach to ensure security of information by Preparation of IT Security Policy, IT Audit, Access Control, Monitoring all security log from security device & software,• Updating the security patch, system patch, firewall upgradation, DMZ as per risk analysis.• Supervise the IT Support assign job and ensuring them to handle the ticketing system.• Directly managing the Stakeholder & ensuring the vendor support regarding any issues.• Supervision and monitoring of network monitoring software with log/report option• Implement and management of IP Telephone System• Network Expansion Planning, Design and Implementation.
