I am working as a Program Monitoring Officer at Development Project Design and Services Limited - (DPDS) under the Skills 21 project is a joint initiative of the Government of Bangladesh and the International Labour Organization (ILO), funded by the European Union. To strengthen the Improved Quality of the TVET and skills development system; Improved Access to and Equity within the TVET/skills development system through TVET Model Institutions; An enabled environment through Improved Governance and Management of the TVET and skills development system in Bangladesh. Responsible for developing a project and activity outline for setting objectives, output, and results for beneficiaries of the project; Maintaining the project’s MEL system; Assisting the project manager in designing, planning, and implementing the monitoring and documentation framework of the project. Provided technical support to field staff on activity monitoring, data collection & documentation, and preparation of checklist, field level data collection, data analysis, monthly, quarterly monitoring, and MIS reports and send to the concerned person; Conduct baseline survey using tools and preserve & manage data for quality report writing; To Regularly field visit and staff plan follow-up, Monitoring, and Coordination for field fact analysis and lake of input on the situation aspect implementation strategy; Preparation of monthly, and quarterly monitoring reports with proper documentation and submitting it in time; Support management staff for regular project updates and disseminate at the field level; Responsible for keeping abreast of the in-house research, correspondence, meetings with project staff as well as other stakeholders, etc; Support the process to form NGO networks, Committees with various stakeholders such as development sector donors, NGOs, private sector, research organizations, and academic institutions to mobilize their support for the project;
