I have a passion for strategic thinking, and I strive to help clients translate customer insights and key business requirements into inspired products, services and experience solutions that improve people's lives. I firmly believe that good design is good business. I have worked with leading Australian and International businesses to leverage design thinking as an approach to problem-solving. These days I work with Deloitte Digital as a Service Design Manager and with RMIT University teaching industry professionals, local and international students about the application of Design Thinking at an enterprise scale.
