I began my career in 1997 at KPMG in Hungary. In the course of a dynamic career path, starting in 2002 I began working as a manager in Audit, was selected for partnership in 2008, and have been the head of Audit since 2014. For the past 10 years, I have led the audit of many significant companies in Hungary. I have extensive experience in corporate restructuring, acquisitions-related financial and accounting advisory, and IFRS conversions. Following my appointment as head of the Firm, I will also continue to head KPMG in Hungary's Audit practice.I’m passionate about inclusivity and diversity, and promoting an inclusive and high-performing culture throughout KPMG. I believe that business is made better when people with different experiences, backgrounds and viewpoints come together, and am proud that our values, strategy, purpose and vision reflect this. I’m also passionate about KPMG’s role in our communities and our focus on lifelong learning, and the work we do with not-for-profit organizations in Hungary to promote and enable learning for all. As an auditor, I have learnt that trust is fundamental to business, and as a CEO, I’ll keep this in mind.
