I worked abroad on a LPG storage tank EPC project, for a Major Oil & Gas client, in Rotterdam.• Used planning software to plan/schedule construction activities and prepare 4 weeks look-ahead schedules;• Tracked actual vs planned and issued daily and monthly progress reports;• Updated the construction KPIs and project S-curve;• Carried out procurement for materials and services, reviewed proposals and followed-up to ensure technical, quality and schedule compliance;• Liaised with sub-contractors and tracked progress;• Liaised with the client regarding planning and construction activities;• Prepared the CS piping prefabrication spool list and MTO with the preparation team;• Analyzed drawings, specifications, codes and standards to ensure proper work execution;• Managed technical queries and discussed design changes with the Engineering sub-contractor in order to assure project integrity;• Supported the Project Manager and Construction Manager throughout all stages of the project.
