I was involved with the growth of thin films and device structures which I then analyzed using standard characterization techniques (XRD, RBS, AFM, TEM, SIMS) and processed into photodiodes using industrial clean room techniques. My research interests consisted of doping Group IV materials using designer hydride precursors and the exploratory synthesis of Group III-IV-V alloys via gas source precursors.

I taught three sections of PHY 114, an electrostatics lab.
