Senior Project Manager
CurrentProject Manager skilled with new construction/rehab/adpative reuse project types with an emphasis on multi-family and senior congregate living projects (both market rate and tax credit sites). We are consistently working with clients to put together design projects that meet their needs and goals. Given the nature of our project types, we are frequently working simultaneously with project consultants and contractors during both the design and construction process - hitting project milestones and timelines - it is frequently a fluid process requiring flexibility to adjust timelines on the fly.Historically speaking, many of my rehab projects have included multiple sites with construction occurring at the same time. No two projects or sites are ever the same. When issues do arise it frequently requires adaptive problem-solving solutions from site to site, with similar scopes but dissimilar sites. Being creative in our solutions and work arounds is central to what we do.I have developed effective management skills and abilities through a history of projects delivered on schedule and on budget ($3- 20M).RESPONSIBILITIES:• MANAGE VARIOUS NEW AND REHAB CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS RANGING IN VALUE FROM 3-12M. DELIVERING A VARIETY OF BUILDING TYPES ON TIME AND SCHEDULE.• PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF MULTI-DISCIPLINARY DESIGN AND TECHNICAL CONSULTATION TEAMS THROUGHOUT ALL PHASES OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.• COMPREHENSIVE CODE EVALUATIONS RELATED TO ZONING, FIRE CODE REGULATIONS, AND BUILDING CODES.• WORK WITHIN DESIGN GUIDELINES AS PRESCRIBED BY MUNICIPAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL AGENCY REQUIREMENTS.• PERFORM CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION AND SITE VISITS TO ENSURE PROJECT DELIVERY ON SCHEDULE AND WITHIN BUDGET.
