My roles across various industries have helped me develop a unique skill-set for devising, building and managing performance, events and entertainment spaces.My current role at Fire and Fly has seen me run the Food and Beverage operations and training for multiple productions of Secret Cinema, the BBC and others. We work closely with producers, creatives and ops teams, from conception to delivery, to final analysis and reporting. Our work has created high-quality, immersive hospitality experiences and embedded inclusive, safe and fun environments for staff to work in.I'm an effective team leader, confident public speaker and a great listener. I am sensitive to the skills of my team, delegate accordingly and understand the importance of inspiring a group through leading by example. I grasp instructions and concepts very quickly and can convey ideas in a clear concise manner to other team members. I take on board all suggestions and am transparent in decision making.
