I’m a design leader, focused on helping other designers find comfort in the uncomfortable.– 8 years in the industry– proactive, reliable and engaged– experienced across a number of responsibilities; including (but not limited to) client engagement, supporting career development of my team, writing tenders and proposals, engagement & resource planning– UX is my primary skill set. Developed and refined UI skills– worked end to end product design, across wide and varying project types; from CX research through to rapid prototyping/pretotyping– worked extensively on building, deploying and scaling enterprise level design systemsAlways driven to find the right balance between building (and advocating) for the user as well as managing clients expectations, all within pushing the envelope within defined frameworks.As a leader on the tools – I’ve helped build and deploy enterprise level design systems.
