Current• Work closely (including conference calls, internal meetings etc.) with the sales people like Business Development Managers, Account Managers or Regional Sales Managers in order to support them with information;• Communicate results and provide in-depth analysis to the sales people, in order to support informed business decisions, when needed;• Forecast retail sales based on the data from the internal CRM tool, business intelligence databases or information got from the sales… Show more • Work closely (including conference calls, internal meetings etc.) with the sales people like Business Development Managers, Account Managers or Regional Sales Managers in order to support them with information;• Communicate results and provide in-depth analysis to the sales people, in order to support informed business decisions, when needed;• Forecast retail sales based on the data from the internal CRM tool, business intelligence databases or information got from the sales team;• Analyze results including conclusions and general guidance;• Ensure that internal tools like BI databases, ERP, CRM system etc. provide accurate data and reflect information needs• Deliver weekly/monthly Sales revenue reports for each region and business unit• Work closely with Business Application team in order to ensure that the setup for sales rep’s allocation rules are correctly implemented• Check that the allocation rules are correctly applied in the systems• First contact for the sales reps in order to solve the discrepancies between the sales allocation tools and the Revenue generated by them• Work with BA/BI and Finance team in order to find the best way to accommodate the commissioning process with the business requirements, taking into consideration the system limitations and the complexity of the bonus calculation definition• Check the variation of the revenue versus target, achieved by each sales reps, on a month on month and YTD basis • Provide Management with monthly reports related to the sales achievement progress and President Club qualification Show less
