The IBM Global Technical Ambassador (GTA) programme is designed to enable emerging market teams to address strategic client needs while growing organisational capacity through the knowledge transfer from the most experienced technical experts. GTAs are identified as high performing, highly rated, experienced professionals with a desire to grow their own exposure to the Growth Markets.This role required technical leadership in the area of Mobile and Digital Transformation for z Systems clients in Central & Eastern Europe. Specifically, this involved leading technical eminence workshops to develop the the in-country skills necessary to develop and explore new digital opportunities within IBM's clients. In some cases, this involved leading engagements directly with clients to assess and promote the maturity of digital transformation across those client's organisations.

Lead WebSphere Software Architect for enterprise software in the UK & Ireland.This role involved being a trusted advisor to clients in the UK & Ireland to understand their business requirements and provide tailored advice on Application Integration, Application Infrastructure and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions. A significant part of the role involved the identification and progression of new software sales opportunities within these clients.

The IBM UK Software Group Graduate Programme is responsible for providing practical education for Foundation Professionals entering technical, sales and services roles with the Software Business. There were a number of aspects to the Programme Manager role, including: curriculum design; education delivery; securing executive sponsorship; and managing and co-ordinating the teams of graduates, mentors and team leaders. Over this period, the programme flourished, from an initial intake of 6 graduates in 2008 to 60 graduates by 2012.

Executive Assistant to the Director of Policy and Strategy and, latterly, the Head of the Social Enterprise Unit. The new Social Enterprise Unit was set up to guide entrepreneurs and businesses through government White Paper initiatives for investment in local health services. The main responsibilities in this role involved: set up the Unit structure; launch of the website and public communications; organising and managing meetings with key stakeholders; and liaising with government ministers and CEOs.
