Propulsion Validation: I resolved thermal and efficiency issues with the electric drive of the perpetual solar powered K1000 group 2 UAS. Designed custom BLDC motor which met the power to weight requirements as well as comparatively tested against the best in class commercial options.VTOL Guidance Navigation and Control: Conducted propulsion validation as well full GNC build up of the 22Kg VTOL version of the K1000.Avionics software: Wrote vehicle specific flight software, updated common features back to open source, and developed the software based Q/A preflight system to ensure configuration management was homologous.

Managed the Group 2 Rotary Wing Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) "Ghost" from conceptualization to Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP). This journey demanded meticulous attention to system requirements development, where I worked closely with a diverse team to define and refine the specifications that would drive Ghost's capabilities. Testing was a critical aspect of this process, approached from a "Designed for Manufacturing" perspective. I ensured that every level of assembly, from PCB fabrication to final assembly, was inherently testable. This strategic approach led to a remarkable 50x improvement in production velocity and significantly enhanced test QA/QC coverage. It allowed us to identify and address any potential weaknesses in the system, ensuring Ghost not only met but exceeded industry standards.

Completed a Masters of Science in Systems Engineering as well as being selected for study abroad at the National University of Singapore for a second Masters of Science in Defense Weapons and Systems.

Flight Duty as MH-60S "Knight Hawk" Special Operations Forces (SOF) section lead and Functional Check Pilot (FCP), Conducted two deployments to the FIFTH FLEET Area of Operations operating under Commander, Task Force FIVE THREE in Bahrain for logistics, anti-smuggling, deterrence, and other operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and the Global War on Terror.
