System owner responsible for management, validation and troubleshooting of QC lab equipment. Worked with cross-functional teams to ensure maintenance and data integrity of systems was current with compliance standards. Evaluated and provided guidance for introduction of small equipment, controlled temperature units and analytical equipment. Oversaw validation and change control for new systems.

Worked with clients to ensure consistent implementation of LIMS templates for 10+ NPIs (New Product Introduction) to the European market. Templates were for manufacturing and laboratory product testing at the newest commercial site in the network and were required to align with global practices at other sites. I drew on my previous system implementation experience to provide guidance on best business practices as well as assist in troubleshooting of system and process issues in order to reduce testing cycle time. I also trained new employees on templating, data querying and system functionality.

Technical lead to implement LIMS and ELN systems across six global sites, with each site containing 4 or more testing laboratories and hundreds of methods. With both projects, I was involved from the development phase to system go-live to steady-state maintenance and was recognized as one of the most experienced staff with an intricate understanding of how systems had to work both independently as well as integrated together. I worked with end-users as well as vendors, management and 3rd party data assessors in order to meet multiple business and compliance requirements. I enjoyed trying to solve complicated and technical issues and was often consulted for my ability to come up with innovative solutions for not only LIMS and LES, but also data querying (including SQL and Brio), which was critical to metrics and regulatory inspections.

Developed and validated EIA methods for use in GMP commercial and clinical testing. I also revised and authored multiple methods and SOPs. I was recognized as a consistent and meticulous analyst; because of this, I was identified to be the lead subject matter expert (SME) for LIMS development and implementation of the bioassay and immunoassay methods. In this role, I transitioned from working in the lab to working at a computer, but I found the attention to detail and application of logic to be stimulating and interesting in both areas.

Tested in-process, final product and stability samples utilizing EIA and radio-immonuassay methods. Managed laboratory reagent inventory and intrasite critical reagent shared inventories.
