Decreased turnaround time of name check case results to customer by over 120 days program wide.• Facilitated strategic planning and path forward for the development of a first-ever NNCP Program Communication Management Plan aligned to the business objectives of the organization.• Wrote proposals, white papers, best practices position papers, and internal and external communications; delivered strategies for measuring and improving program process efficiencies, bridging the gap between “as is” manual transaction procedures and “to be” automated workflows. Winning bid resulted in potential $28 billion in revenue over 9 years.• Lead writer for Personnel Resources (resumes), Management Approach, and Executive Summary volumes for winning CSC Canada Y2K and U.S. Marine Corps proposals. • Researched and analyzed market drivers and led writing effort for selected sections of winning IT outsourcing (call center) proposals in response to solicitations from NASA, GSA, and First Chicago Bank.• Coordinated development of a $350 million winning technology engineering and integration proposal to the US Army; managed the workflow of all writers, technical authors, illustrators, outside vendors, and business partners contributing to the effort.
