WABA is the premier advocacy organization working in the Metropolitan Washington Area -- Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. The director of all advocacy for WABA, I successfully managed a team of four organizers in partnership with communications, development and operations team. WABA's work led directly to Washington, DC legislative, budgeting, and executive victories -- implementing Vision Zero, building and funding the Capital Trails Association, and expediting DC's protected bike lane network. At WABA, my work was featured in a number of local and national articles on transportation, transportation equity, emerging technologies and more.

Consumer Reports has been a household name for almost a Century. As a large, legacy organization, Consumer Reports drives the consumer market, thus enabling their advocacy team to shift and/or drive market trends to serve as a voice for consumers globally. At CR, I managed a number of campaigns within the organization, bringing together diverse stakeholders to build the campaign. Internal stakeholders at CR include product, product testing, community outreach, communications, digital campaign staff, and the development team. There, I managed CR's priority campaigns from ideation to success, including campaigns focused on healthcare (Affordable Care Act), digital privacy (Net Neutrality), and lending rights (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau protection).

At 350 Action, I managed 350.org's political wing -- including fundraising, strategy, advocacy, compliance and communications. Worked closely with the Clinton and Sanders campaigns to make the environmental community a powerful issue in the 2016 election. Managed GOTV in five states and a national PAC focused on registering voters. Additionally, built a digital platform and related content. Primary relationship holder with FEC to ensure compliance.

Though my time was short at Purpose due to family illness, I managed several successful high-profile interventions within the climate and energy community -- including the Papal Encyclical on Climate, the 2016 Election.
