Company was successfully acquired by Dynamex, Inc. in 1998. The transition went off without a hitch and was one of my career highlights in that we didn't lose one client, one driver nor one office employee. The company actually grew double-digits within the transition period by demanding and working into the purchase agreement that current management had complete control of local office during earnout period.
