• Definition of KPIs and goals by process/area, unfolding them from the company's objectives and goals.• Develop dashboards to monitor KPI's by process/area, helping to quickly identify deviations and their respective actions, as well as in decision making and definition of strategic projects.

• Lead component development projects (double-sided tapes, foams, plastic and metallic inserts) and raw materials (PP, PMMA, ASA, ABS, TPE) following the PDCA cycle, APQP manual and specific customer requirements (VW, FIAT, GM, PSA, Honda). • Critical analysis of 2D/3D drawings and standards sent by the automakers. • Responsible for creating the components technical scope and contact suppliers to request quotations.• Participation in the development and approval of new suppliers through the VDA audit. • Follow up on suppliers according to the pre-established schedule. • Weekly follow up of deadlines and coordination of the multidisciplinary team to achieve the requested quality of components and raw materials. • Assist in the creation of APQP folders of ongoing projects. • Participation in the creation of product control plans and PFMEA. • Preparation of customer-specific documents. • Financial control of ongoing projects. • Conducting corrective actions through root cause analysis tools (Ishikawa Diagram, 5W2H, 5 Why). • Assistance in the transition from ISO/TS 16949:2009 to IATF 16949:2016 in the development sector. • Participation in the mold export project, making all the contact with the tooling shops, following the try outs of plastic injection molds, coordinating the shipment of parts and molds to the Weidplas branch in Auburn in the United States. • Experience in international dealings with suppliers and customers.
