I'm currently working as a Health Unit Coordinator for Memorial Hermann. I would like to find work as a human resource assistant so that I may utilize my past experience of interviewing staff, submitting pay rates, completing new hire documentation, data entry and explaining benefits to new staff members. I coordinated aftercare for over 140 consumers discharging from state hospitals yearly, monitored admissions and discharges to all 8 state mental health hospitals. As a Caseworker I completed mental health screening. I used my judgment to make referrals/follow up appointments, was the only caseworker to be added to the on-call rotation due to I learned the job duties of crisis screener and administrative assistant proficiently to help when short staffed.
