 Managing all FO activities through process flowcharts as assigned to each task, considering the defined scope of work as mentioned within agreed MNS contract with business operations  Ensure that performance management & reporting tools are capable to provide the required measurements and reporting data for all NE's  Provide technical support & regular status updates to business operations Define Services Assurance & Escalation Processes for all Data Services  KPI escalation and track till resolution Scrutinizing Trouble Tickets as per the agreed SLA on daily basis  Accountable for Incident Management, Problem Management and all Service Desk responsibilities, respecting the time management and some golden rules like a defined process, process ownership, organized shifts, tracking sheets and periodic reports to achieve the goal Revision and approval of technical documentation and ensures that technical and customer documentation is clear and complete  Preparation of performance reports and reports of all Data Network Operations Centers on daily, weekly & monthly basis  Monitor and measure the performance of the network, reports problems to the appropriate individuals  Make performance comparative analysis, & recommending / taking corrective actions  Coordinate & provide support to Mobily performance team on day to day operations Ensure compliance with technology / industry standards
