Since I was little, I was interested in working in a large industry, the construction of automobiles, airplanes or the production of chocolates (ohhh sweet dream). That motivated me to do my studies in the field of mechanical engineering.However, after finishing college, I wanted to go abroad, open my horizons, meet new people and get more knowledge, but more precisely about renewable energy. At that time I was very interested in hydroelectric energy, turbines were very exciting for me.This allowed me to work in a consultant to design a system to pump diesel for a mining industry in my country. After presenting the project, I began to make designs for the installation of natural gas in residential homes. This was a great experience for me, I learned to manage people, manage materials and make economic but efficient designs.After 2 years, I moved to Switzerland to expand my horizons. I had the pleasure of learning more about the available green energy that we could use. This changed my approach to solar energy because it is a free source and the amount we could use could cover our future demands, while others find limitations due to our limited resources.Currently I work in the numerical simulation of solar absorbers, a special one that could work at high temperatures (around 700 K) in such a way that we could operate an electrolyser to produce H2 or synthesis gas.In my free time I try to learn something new, currently learning german is my goal (not easy, but I am doing my best), I try to improving my knowledge regarding solar energy (online courses), and I like to stay healthy therefore I go regularly to the gym.My favorite numerical tools: COMSOL, Matlab, LatexExperience with: Autocad, SolidWorks, Fluent, Paraview, OpenFoam, Microsoft Office
