Since forming our company in 1992, we have specialised in the field of system safety assessment, aircraft safety research and cost-benefit analyses. Our company has completed many aircraft safety studies, benefit and cost-benefit analyses on behalf of EASA, the Federal Aviation Administration, Transport Canada and the UK CAA. The Airworthiness Authorities, as part of their rulemaking activities, have commissioned these studies in order to provide guidance on the likely improvements to aircraft safety through regulatory change. We have extensive experience in fire and cabin safety requirements and issues affecting passenger survivability. Our work involves much use of mathematical modelling and in particular the application of Monte Carlo Simulation Models for risk and cost prediction.I have experience in the formation and application of certification requirements having had responsibility for the certification of large transport aircraft with most of the world’s leading Airworthiness Authorities. We have developed and are successfully performing specialised aircraft system safety assessment training courses across the world,
