My role encompasses leading and managing in the pre-commissioning process for the Naphtha Cracker Hot Section, I lead various critical activities to ensure successful commissioning. My responsibilities include conducting walkdown inspections, overseeing hydrotesting and air blowing operations, managing re-instatement processes, and performing loop tests and conducting interlock (SIS) reviews to ensure all instrumentation and control systems are functioning correctly, mark P&IDs, and review 3D drawing models. Additionally, I prepare detailed reports and punch lists to document pre-commissioning activities and following DCS Honeywell training simulations (OTS) such as furnace and quench system start-up and shutdown, feed-in/feed-cut procedures, and steam header tie-in.I am ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency in all pre-commissioning tasks, contributing to the timely and successful commissioning of the Naphtha Cracker Hot Section. Through meticulous planning and execution, I aim to deliver optimal results and seamless project completion.
