As a leader in the organization Ryan was responsible for building a platform for future growth while ensuring exceptional service to existing clients. This includes organic growth consisting of new facility builds, M&A and JV evaluations as well as implementing novel service lines to existing programs. Ryan oversaw technical consulting services and environmental regulatory compliance for projects in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Texas and Oklahoma. He oversaw all aspects of project lifecycle from permitting, construction, operation, remediation and closeout. Ryan implemented various treatment technologies which resulted in significant reduction of chemical spend on produced water recycle. He implemented a heavy brine service line from recycled produced water that resulted in numerous minimum volume commitments from top tier E&P companies.

From startup to the sale to Golden Gate Capital Ryan was instrumental in ensuring stability and quality of service before, during and after the close with Hillstone Environmental Partners. In this role Mr. Hall worked side by side with customers to identify appropriate technologies, implement operating procedures and document deliverable quality. Specifically his work was used to ensure compliance with criteria in take or pay contracts with leading Appalachian basin E&P's.Mr. Hall's specialties include technology evaluation, system modeling, and process optimization to allow beneficial reuse of materials.

Ryan served as the program manager for the oil and gas market. Primary duties included the oversight of predrill, event response, waste characterization, source water and data management for upstream and midstream clients. With a strong analytical background Ryan was able to work with clients to build programs in an emerging market that would deliver the desired level of speed, technical accuracy and legal defensibility.

Developed a novel analytical method to verify attainment for TVA-Kingston response.Operated in a seller/doer role leading industrial and environmental forensic investigations.

In 2000 served as a Contract Environmental Scientist to the Trans Alaska Pipeline. From 2001-2003 Managed the dioxin portion of the environmental assessment associated with the WTC collapse.
