* Recommended by the CFO of AAS directly to the CFO of JAC Products (previously a competitor), after AAS ceased operations in early 2009.* Worked a contract position for two months reconciling the inventory purchased from AAS, creating and maintaining a comprehensive sales and cash forecasting model, assisting with various reconciliations.* Hired on as a full time employee in June 2009 as Assistant Controller - North American Operations.

Advanced Accessory Systems (AAS) was a producer of automotive roof rack systems, running boards, lighting and truck bed systems. Manufacturing includes roll mill and plastic injection molding.* Developed and maintained "Platform Profitabilty" model. The monthly model allocated costs to specific platforms to evaluate the true costs.* Worked with all elements of the company providing information and analysis. Departments included: sales, purchasing, human resources, engineering as well as the Executive Management Team.* Upon the departure of one of the plant controllers, I re-assumed the role and held my Group Controller position concurrently.* Travelled multiple times to the Czech Republic facility to aid in forecasting, reconciliations, budgeting and analysis.* Developed a comprehensive budget model used throughout the organization.

* Plant Controller for three seperate manufacturing facilites for AAS, at times concurrently. Responsible for monthend close, balance sheet reconciliations, forecasting, and other financial tasks.* Developed comprehesive budgeting and forecasting models. * Worked extensively with plant management to bring meaningful and detailed reports and analysis to the plant.* Participated in union labor negotiations and developed extensive cost benefit analysis that compared the financial impact of multiple scenarios.* Worked with management team to reduce and manage inventory levels.* Supervised staff of three.

* Began my tenure at Oxford Automotive (previously Eaton Corporation) as the Accounting Supervisor, promoted to Financial Analysist and then assumed the Controller position. These positions were held cocurrently.* Responsible for financials, departmental reporting, budgeting, inventory control, Bill of Materials, costing, fixed assets, etc.* Part of Mapics implementation team.* Supervised a department of 4 individuals.
