Communicate and coordinate with customers, carriers and affiliated business suppliers/partners.Operate all jobs under the proper and timely usage of Dimerco Value Plus System (similar to QuickBooks); includes data and sales/cost entry, bookkeeping, invoice posting.Generate and update AR/AP reports.Train and manage other clerical support members.Provide office support service for daily logistics operations servicing both internal and external clients (e.g., AP/AR, bank reconciliation, foreign currency conversion, 3-way match, etc.).Provide word-processing and clerical support including filing, mail, e-mail/fax, Excel, etc.
