Manage the four charities associated with The Blue Tangerine Federation: Friends of St Luke’s, Friends of Collett, Friends of Forest House and The Blue Tangerine Charity. My job description includes: • Working closely with the board of trustees, in which I am chair of one, to set the direction of the charity, assist with making key decisions and direct the day-to-day running of the charities including all governance aspects.• Manage the ‘Fundraising Team’ to achieve all targets and deliver projects.• Manage the delivery of all fundraising and engagement events.• Identify and complete a wide range of funding bids of all sizes to different organizations and trusts to secure funds. • Manage our ‘Corporate Partnership’ campaigns, and create and maintain strong relationships with local businesses.• Support with the creation of all charities marketing and communication strategy, and assist with the implementation of this.• Assist the charities Treasures to ensure smooth running of the charities finance, from regular monitoring and banking, to preparation of end of year accounts.• Lead of key projects and initiatives, such as The Blue Tangerine Café.• Project manage all fundraising projects, such as development of playgrounds, sensory rooms and libraries. It is my role to gather quotes and designs when necessary, negotiate deals, and manage contractors when on-site, all the way to project completion.• Manage volunteers that support with fundraising activities, whether this is on a one-off basis or longer placements.

Working across the charities associated with The Blue Tangerine Federation. My main role included: • Assist with the organisation of a number of fundraising events to raise vital funds for the school and to engage with the local community and supporters of the schools. Examples include Gala Dinner and Fire Walk.• Write funding bids to different funding organisation to secure funds for the school. The value of money applied for is varied from £100s to £10,000s.• Attend a number of networking events and build / maintain strong connections with the local community and businesses.

• Working with all the different sections within the Community Partnerships team in the delivery of numerous projects. Specifically town center events, youth initiatives and community safety projects.• Providing general administrative support to the whole team.
