• Joined with a role to optimize lead management process. Started with gap analysis to reduce lead leakage and increase efficiency. Proposed and developed an in-house lead management platform (coordinating with mobility team) customized to team structure and internal lead cycle. Provided wireframe, product & process specifications, ran pilot tests and gave feedbacks. Assisted sales & marketing to adopt the platform, thereby improving and optimizing lead management. Unicus HealthReach Corp. is a US based start-up focused on building an IOT based BLE device for medicine reminder that can be set-up and controlled through an app. It can remind the user to take medicine and collect adherence data.For Unicus, I had been developing the functional design and wireframe to build a mobile app after understanding the product features. My motive was to translate the product offering into a seamless user experience (UX) on app for senior citizen and medical staff in the US as the target market. Thereafter, I dived into the user interface (UI), selection of the controls and color themes of the application and implementing it through the help of development team at HCL

FoneEssential is into toffee insurance for mobile phones and credit cards.Role: Digital Campaign Management• Responsible for ad operations, creatives, response analysis, UTM setup, campaign timings, analytics and comparisons.• Worked closely with direct advertisers such as NDTV Gadgets 360, Dailyhunt and MySmartprice for campaigns, that included complete campaign creation, product pitch, identification of relevant advertising section & “pages”, selection of user profiles & signals relevant to our product.• Campaign management of Google Adwords – right from creatives, pitch, keywords selection & exclusions, managing Quality score (9 plus), budget & analysis.• Facebook campaign management and creatives selection and creation.• Landing page optimization (LPO) for improving conversions –page redesign, competitive analysis, A/B testing, trials, feedback , and changes for improving Quality score on Google Adwords.• Website changes in line with changing business model. • Team Co-ordination - Interfacing with UK team (Magpie) and India IT team (Outsourced to Hytech in Noida) for technical project coordination and product management.Result: - Brought down the CPA from approx Rs. 1200 to Rs. 350 through Google Adwords, lowered the bounce rate of the website from 98% to 70% - Increased sales volumes by 12 times by the end of 4 months (started with a small-base).
