Office Manager
CurrentOversee day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact for all staff in an unsupervised setting. Maintain office efficiency through organizing procedures, creating and managing filing systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment. Provide direct administrative supports as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Manage attorney-client contract creation, retainer funds/trust accounts, answering general questions and complaints, and updating client database. Responsible for collecting, submitting, and maintaining employee and payroll records in accordance with state and federal regulations. Managed bookkeeping through QuickBooks and maintained four bank accounts (one operating, three IOLTA) in compliance with the American Bar Association.
