I work very closely with our clients to maximize their efficiency by utilizing technology, from collections to courtroom. With custom advanced tools, we don't just solve problems, we build the solutions. We are invested in our clients' success at every step of the journey.

I work with legal operations teams (corporate and law firm) to identify and improve workflow efficiencies, technology strategy and adoption, and best practice implementation. From search terms to advanced analytics, from data governance and handling to disposition, I help people navigate unknown waters.

I worked very closely with subject matter experts across all business units to identify additional client prospects, sponsor industry events, and present to client teams, industry groups, and local community organizations. As an on-going client success effort, I managed the health of clients during projects, provided demonstrations of applications, and consulted beyond the scope of active engagement. I was also part of a select group of business developers cross-trained in Information Governance, developing horizontal growth opportunities with focus on analytical and physical assessments of enterprise data stores, ultimately helping clients mitigate risks associate with sensitive information, ROT, and related data security policies. In addition to core functions as a business developer, I also sat on the Board of Directors of an internal Diversity and Inclusion effort, focused on community and corporate partnerships, educational initiatives to provide opportunity for minority students, and pro-bono services offerings for non-profits focused on equality in the justice system.

The Sales Engineer was a new role at Consilio, with a focus on building long-term, contract-based clients in a managed services partnership. From business unit conceptualization to infrastructure planning and beyond, I developed and consulted on the foundational aspects of the technological, contractual, and client-facing product. With an element of technology agnosticism in place, my role was also responsible for meeting with and vetting technology to add to existing workflows, client environments, and overall business processes. From NexLP, Nuix, Loopio, and other third-party technologies, all elements of the eDiscovery business were covered. Working alongside Consilio’s business developers, I created and delivered presentations on topics ranging from cost-recovery methods to effective utilization of analytics to CLE accredited material and more I also worked closely with the sales support team to assist in identification of managed service prospects, generate responses to RFI/RFPs, ultimately leading to unique and custom proposals for partnership opportunities. Further, in conjunction with the marketing and finance teams, as well as product development, I became a founding member of the product governance council, dedicated to identifying and capitalizing on trends in industry applications and business models.

As a sales engineer representing managed eDiscovery services, I work with our account executives and clients to develop solutions and workflows that enhance their current scenarios. Our services are designed to complement the goals of our clients and provide solutions for each stage of the EDRM. I provide consultation to my clients through analysis of the data throughput of their current eDiscovery systems, budgetary perspectives, and technology readiness which results in a compelling business plan. By identifying a client's constraints, bottlenecks, and compelling events, I build custom processing and hosting environments designed to eliminate the client's pain points and enhance their workflow.

Building on my previous experience and knowledge of the EDRM, my work was focused on relationship-building and business development. In saying that, I was also responsible for managing projects, as well as consulting with clients to assess both their preparedness and their clients' preparedness in the event of potential litigation.

At Sirote, I was responsible for establishing the best practices and procedures utilized in the litigation group. In 2013, I obtained my iConect Xera Administrator Certification, and built a workflow model to simplify the document review process. My main objectives and goals were centered around process improvement and project management. A large part of those goals involved the creation of a written litigation support manual to standardize our policies and procedures. Whether my task at hand was to coordinate a project with a third party vendor, consult with our attorneys and clients regarding how best to preserve their data, or give presentations covering e-discovery issues, I consistently worked to ensure that the group had the information they needed in whatever scenario they needed it. As such, I spent a great deal of time evaluating software, studying trends in the industry, and working with the litigation group to offer long-term solutions in an ever-changing digital world.

I specialized in building custom, golf-specific travel for my clients at some of the best courses around the world. As an avid golfer, this was a dream job opportunity. I loved working with my clients to create an unforgettable experience. I worked with a great group of people, and represented some of the best golf management companies in the world. While I would have loved to remain in this field, a new opportunity was presented to me and it was something that I could not turn down.

This position was new for the firm, and I was hired to manage large Summation databases. I had been a service provider to the firm for some time, and the decision was made to bring litigation support in-house. While there, I worked closely with the securities litigation group managing multiple databases with hundreds of thousands of documents in each. I arranged for the firm to purchase LAW Pre-Discovery in order to reduce the need to outsource document processing. From client document intake through to production to opposing counsel, I managed each step of the process, following the EDRM as closely as possible.
