Current role as a Client Solutions Executive.I used to be bartender, having many years’ experience in a client facing role I wanted to turn my skillset into something more rewarding, something more positive, something that will change the world... that's how I found EW.As a mixed ethnicity woman, I often found it hard to fit in or be in the same starting position as my peers, I was unaware things like Unconscious Bias existed, unaware that there are systems in place to filter me out during recruitment.I have come to learn that exclusion is a much bigger problem than I could have imagined, that's why working with The EW Group has changed my life.
