In addition to my previous duty of solution manager, led the development team of SSD-TECH core revenue generating products (90% of total revenue) namely Call Handler (CH), Signaling Gateway (SGW) and Unified Messaging Gateway (UMG). I oversee the day-to-day development, bringing new features, ensure bug fixing with proper release, maintain TFS, guide the product development team on the product design and ensure timely product delivery.Key Contributions: Identified few major bugs and provided fixes to the SGW and CH that increase the overall attempt performance from 55% to 85% and delivery performance from 12% to 22%. Redesigned the UMG product that increased the TPS from 300 to 5000 SMS per second and solved the missing sms issue.

Led the Platform team. This is a techno commercial role that requires both technical expertise and business acumen. My responsibilities cover designing solutions to meet operator requirements, responding to technical & commercial queries, preparing technical & commercial proposals, defining revenue strategy, developing new business opportunities and establishing & managing the business check point for smooth and timely delivery of the projects.Key Contributions: Implemented the MAP Short Message Service Commands on the UMG solution and helped the development team to build a SMS routing and MT SMSC solution on top of that. Earned the contract of MT SMSC of Teletalk Bangladesh Ltd. with my designed solution and deployed the solution on HUWAEI VAS cloud platform. Successfully deployed and integrated the ICX SMS interconnect solution to “Cross World” and established connectivity with GP. Designed and prepared technical proposal in response to Telenor DPDP&VAS-Virtualization RFP and presented to Telenor Group.

Joined as the technical project manager, leading a team of 13 people from technical, finance & legal. I was responsible for defining the strategy, interpreting ToR (Term of References), preparing scope documents & details plan, distributing task, setting goals, maintaining communication, managing schedule and preparing monthly progress report.Key Contributions: Devised technical approaches to achieve all the ToR with in the stipulated timeline. Trained resources to understand the Information System Audit and build their technical skills. Successfully completed 3 months scheduled planed activity and submitted progress report on each month.

Hired as a Tech Lead and SPOC of VAS & m-Commerce part of Service Platform domain and looking after the design, planning, implementation, operation and end-to-end delivery to the internal and external stakeholders of all VAS nodes including SMSC (Comviva), MSP, MIO, MOIP, VPN, SNA & ADMP (Ericsson) and 3rd party nodes (RBT, sGate etc.). In addition to these, I also worked in finding and mitigating Data revenue leakage by incorporating composite CDR in GGSN and migrating post-paid subscriber in IN-MBC (Ericsson CS-5).Key Contributions: Optimized the SMSC system by reconfiguring the retry mechanism that catered 3 fold traffic on EID with the same capacity. Performed the SMS HUB migration for all international Operators in a single night without any downtime. Converted significant WAP user to INTERNET by sending repetitive device settings by using the device management API based on the user data analysis. Established MMS connectivity with BL & Teletalk through IP over site to site VPN avoiding the existing E1 connectivity. Introduced and integrated SMS Filtering solution in AIRTEL network within a short span of time avoiding all sorts of change complexities at core network end.

I was responsible for the overall O&M of different VAS nodes which covers SMSC, MDSP, USSD, LBS, MCA and ADC. I worked as a 2nd level support for VAS related complaints. My daily responsibilities covered health check in OS, database level & service level, configuration, administration activity, prefix addition, migration, ss7 link creation, routing configuration etc. Troubleshooting, feasibility analysis, conducting UAT, vendor communication, RFP scope finalization and evaluation were part of my regular responsibilities.Key Contributions: Proposed and implemented a solution by analyzing the system performance data of MDSP platform which was running without any support for last 3 years, to make it stable that gave longevity for additional 3 years. Implemented redundancy mechanism on USSD platform and network and system level. Successfully deployed device management system and introduced automatic internet settings on ROBI network.Projects roll out & Integration: • Automatic Device Management Platform (ADMP) – Ericsson• Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) – Comviva• Location Based Service (LBS) – ZTE• Missed Call Alert (MCA) – ZTE
