As a Team Leader my position is broad. I help with the recruitment and development of our new agents. I also assist with my agent's growth along their career path. I work as an intermediary between Technical Support and Engineering. I work with engineering to determine the root cause of issues reported by customers to tech support. I then work with tech support to ensure they have the information necessary to update the customers.

As Marine Product Support Senior I'm responsible for assisting in the training and continuing education of our Marine Support team. I also assist our dealers and OEM installers trouble shoot their marine electronics packages. In addition I assist the agents, field service engineers, and testing team with finding answers. I also coordinate in field services for our customers traveling abroad. Recently I have been traveling to assist with Marine Trade Shows and owner rendezvous. While at trade shows I answer any questions our current or prospected customers may have. During rendezvous I go from boat to boat trouble shooting and correcting equipment failures and installation errors. I have extensive training in many marine electronics industry standards. I am NMEA Marine Installer Certified, Garmin Service Certified, Garmin Installation Certified, and am studying to become a Certified Marine Electrical Technician (CMET).

My responsibilities included calling prospected clients, talking with them about their reasons for interest in the company. From there I would talk with the client about their portfolios, what their concerns with their investments were, qualify their investible assets, and set an appointment for them to talk with one of our advisors.
