Current- With a digital transformation lens, we partner with enterprise and mid market clients to develop highly personalized customer digital experiences that drive results- Develop and manage strategic account management plans that establish relationships enterprise-wide, identify and mitigate threats, uncover opportunities, and raise Bounteous’ strategic role within client organizations- Oversee the program health of various accounts with a focus in driving organic, long-term growth- Prepare and present client dashboards, business reviews, progress reporting and strategic solution consultation- Drive the decision-making process; direct clients and internal teams towards the best solutions. Partner with Program Delivery team to ensure that work is delivered to quality standards- Understand the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements and budget process.
