About Rhonda Willis

I am a Human Resources Executive with extensive experience developing strategic thought partnerships with leadership teams to support organizational goals and objectives. I am a well-rounded generalist with experience in most areas of Human Resources. Having served in an executive capacity for more than a decade, I am well versed in creating and executing HR strategies and best practices related to policy development, recruitment, retention, employee relations, talent management, organizational development, benefits and compensation, and change management.
