My job has many different aspects in this small non profit company. I am responsible for some accounting work, coordinating all necessary training and tracking all training. I complete all required paperwork to ensure that we are reimbursed for state required training. I assist all departments in tracking information, creating forms and documents, and with finding ways to enable us to work more efficiently. I do whatever I am asked to do to help the company meet it's goals.

I worked at a residential group home. This included direct care of individuals who have been diagnosed with an intellectual disability. This includes everything from preparing meals, passing medication, assistance with all daily living skills and teaching new skills as needed. As the manager I prepared schedules, purchased supplies, monthly paperwork and being involved with the development of treatment programs. I was also on call 24/7 and I was responsible for everyones, staff and consumer's, safety and wellbeing.

I learned all of the positions in the restaurant. I was able to waitress, cook, prep food, cut meat, hostess and write the schedule. I did what the manager needed me to do to make our restaurant the best experience a customer ever had. I closed out the books each night and open the restaurants at times.
