Team lead for the Data Privacy team. Supported the CIS TITUS group during their implementation of the TITUS tool creating data privacy rules and training documentation.• Completed NIST certification training (Foundation and Practitioner).• Completed CIPP/US certification training.• Developed information security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines based on knowledge of best practices and compliance requirements found in NIST Framework, FFIEC, SOX, GLBA, CCPA, FISMA, FedRAMP and ISO 27001. Giving a more uniform and consistent policy resulting in less error in compliance.• Led efforts identifying solutions for data privacy needs including but not limited to reviews of data, determining the types of data security measures needed, auditing for compliance and creating compliance metrics for reporting to management. Ensuring increased LOB compliance for data privacy requirements and reducing possible regulatory fines.• Assisted CIS in support of CCPA data privacy project requirements for compliance to the CCPA laws thereby reducing chances of regulatory fines.• Created a data privacy exception process for LOBs that have a critical business need to change compliance requirements in order to conduct business. Resulted in significate savings in time and money by eliminating one off exceptions for each occurrence.• Led meetings with the LOBs to review their data/correspondence for data privacy requirements. Resulted in significant increase in compliance to the data privacy policy and reduced possibility of fines.• Created a training program for Insurance Services to help with data privacy policy compliance. This program increased compliance from 30% to 92% across all of Insurance Services.• Created a knowledgebase on intranet to help associates with determining the data privacy level needed. Resulted in time and money saved across the enterprise.

Helped to create a Data Quality team at Truist. Led projects identifying data anomalies including but not limited to review of data, identifying valid values, creating data rules and creating scorecard metrics for reporting to management. These projects increased data quality reducing costs and errors.• Helped the LOB determine a remediation process/schedule to resolve data issues thereby saving costs on data processing and increasing data quality by as much as 38%.• Created data profiles, scorecards, connections within IDQ for the different data types/databases, folders, and data quality rules in Informatica Developer.• Worked with the Business Glossary creating, editing and deleting glossaries.• Created training documentation for the Informatica Data Quality Team.

Primary Informatica Admin on 10 servers plus the Cloud. Completed Informatica installs on Unix AIX, Windows, and Informatica Cloud. Completed daily migrations, creating folders, setting upusers, changing access, creating sources and targets, and researching coding issues. Managedimaging and tracking all new laptops, hardware and software for the Data Warehousing Group.

Gathered data requirements for projects and created technical specs for the developers to use.
