Additional responsibilities included managing and evaluating collection support vendors, setting goals and strategies for team, oversight of the employee performance score cards, budget management, and charge-off account reviews and approvals. Prior to 2007, I held numerous positions with increasing levels of responsibility in Collections. While managing the Front-End Collections department, I was tasked with outsourcing a portion of our operation to Delhi India. My group was the first at NMAC to deploy a successful offshore initiative which is still in operation today.
