Rhonda Pratt is a strong organizational leader with over 18 years in project management, she has 30 years of Medicaid and long-term care services program experience. During her tenure at the State of Texas Health and Human Services Commission, she served as the project manager for hundreds of thousands of Medicaid program participants and successfully managed a budget of over a million dollars. Said projects transitioned Medicaid recipients from state-operated programs to managed care programs. In addition to her management experience, she is also a knowledgeable professional in the spheres of legislation, human resources, and vendor contracting oversight. She currently serves as an executive consultant to cutting-edge healthcare companies that provide services to Medicaid and/or long-term care recipients.
