Employee and Customer Relations

• Provide excellent customer service when face-to-face or on the phone when scheduling service work, estimates, or customer concerns/feedback.• Provide crucial support to ensure on-time project completion.• Work with Excel, Word, and Sage.• Complete warranty paperwork and digitize.• Price parts and put away.• Schedule residential and commercial jobs for inspections.• Plan and coordinate supplies for events.• Filing• Run errands as needed.• Start New Job Files and Close completed files.

• Follow all company safety and security procedures, looking for and elimination safety hazards. • Interview, hire, and train all sandwich artists to Subway standards and operations for quality control. • Follow food safety guidelines regarding holding times and temperatures.• Minimize controllable store expenses by following company guidelines involving the handling of spoilage, breakage and items that are not for store use.• Operate all appliances in the store in accordance with health regulations; so that the products meet or exceed company standards.• Develop and maintain a superior level of customer service by using professional and proper management techniques in all words and actions.• Maintain scheduled hours of operation through adequately scheduling personnel for regular shifts and peak periods within the allotted budgeted hours.• Inspect premises of assigned store to insure physical facilities comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.• Monitor and control the inventory in the store.• Follow company policies regarding cash levels in registers and making safe drops.• Review employees’ time sheets in PDI and verify all hours worked. Upload, print and send payroll timecards weekly.• Verify the daily deposit by reconciling the register journal tapes to the shift reports detailing the sales and other transactions of the previous day. Any over/(short) should be explained.• Complete and send paperwork to the office as instructed.
