As a child, Rhonda Williamson was taught by her mother the importance of leaving a person or place better than she found them. She prides herself on doing that in every situation. Rhonda enjoys her role as an Account Executive at Nexstar Media Group as it allows her to connect with people and help them to market their businesses effectively. Born and raised in Robeson County, NC, Rhonda attended UNC Pembroke and went on to have a work career that has included consumer product goods, marketing, and sales. She saw first-hand the need for comprehensive marketing plans, clarity in strategy, and confidence in the knowledge gained from the process. This led her to re-join Nexstar Media Group to bring these resources to her clients.For Rhonda, her family is the reason for everything she does. Her inspiration lies in her two sons and her two precious grandchildren.In addition to working with her clients and their advertising, Rhonda is dedicated to improving her community. She serves in her local Rotary club by holding offices of public image, is an Assistant Governor of Area 6/District 7730, a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board of the Thomas College of Business at UNCP, and a member of the Robeson County Agriculture Extension Office Advisory Board. In her free time, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, going to the gym, and using her natural green thumb to grow anything and everything.
