A steady practice of exchanging business ideology began at retainer-based Alexander Group as an executive search recruiter. Earlier, I was successful as an Admissions Advisor (Inside Sales~ E-Learning) with American Intercontinental University (AIU Online) in Hoffman Estates, IL. I convinced thousands of people to give distance learning, new at the time, a chance. My proudest accomplishment was helping to create a new project that collaborated with employers to sign them up to offer tuition assistance, reimbursement, guidance, and career programs to some of their full time, eligible workers.
