Worked directly with EmailDirect clients to manage, consult, and assist with their email marketing programs. This included training new clients on use of web-based software, technical support for web-based software and troubleshooting HTML, marketing consultation, maintenance of accounts including development of HTML creatives, database management, testing, campaign scheduling and reporting.

Hill Library, included but not limited to answering incoming calls, ordering office supplies and maintaining supply closet, copying, faxing, other duties as necessary; tracking time sheets for graduate assistants and student employees, including verification of hours worked and distribution of payroll advice; tracking budget for graduate assistants and student employees in Excel spreadsheets; compiling statistics from the Reference Desk and librarian instruction and inputting results into Excel spreadsheets; providing reference assistance to patrons in person, on the telephone, through email, and over instant messaging.
