I supported two Pilot Recruiting teams for Horizon Air. I worked primarily with the Pilot Development Program, supporting and mentoring students and instructors at Flight Schools to help them grow and connect to their future in the aviation industry. I managed 15+ job positions including reviewing applications, conducting phone screens, and planning monthly visits to Flight Schools across the country.In addition, I worked with the Horizon Pilot Recruitment team and Horizon and Alaska's front-line recruitment teams to help organize the 2-3 weekly interviews held in Portland and Seattle.
