I was Project Lead on multiple FRA actions on a Planned delivery programme across multiple sites in the North of England. My work streams include adaptation and installation of fire alarms, emergency lighting, compartmentation, internal and external works, AOVs and MOVs and ceiling retreatment and replacements. leading multiple contractors to ensure high risk works are delivered on time, on budget and in line with applicable legislation and building standards.FYE 23, I successfully delivered £3.3 million in planned works at 80 schemes that made over 1,000 properties safe.FYE 24, I delivered £4million in planned works at over 80 schemes, benefiting over 1,200 residents.Along with the project management of FRA actions, I completed several audits at all sites, including pre-inspection audits, Health and Safety Audits, Works in progress and post inspections. I created a reporting model on excel that allowed deep analysis of actions split by multiple different categories such as dates, work types, risks etc, this was vital in end of year reporting to show any trends and difficulties we faced and allowed us to forecast our works and budgets better.

I was part of the Property Management team that oversaw the refurbishment, renovation, and management of two Shopping Centres: Quayside Media City UK and Gloucester Quays Outlet. I was involved in the management and co-ordination of new tenant refurbishments, including a new dining concept called the Watergardens, a large cinema refurbishment, creation of a unit of 33,000sqft to accommodate an Anchor leisure tenant, as well as full height glazing to over 100 shop fronts, new shopping centre flooring and ceilings. I was responsible for all Property Management duties to over 240 tenants, ranging from rent and service charge roll management of circa £40million per annum, lease re-gears, renewals, and negotiations, to being the landlord’s representative for shop fits outs and all matters Health and Safety. During the COVID 19 outbreak, I created a new billing and reporting model on Microsoft Excel for both Shopping Centres, that forecasted and analysed over £40million in rent, service charge and turnover billings. This report was vital in spotting trends, absorbing payment plans and forecasting cash flow. As the company did not have adequate software for such reporting, I was able to create something that allowed deep analysis at senior level.

I joined Peel L&P in their subsidiary- Lowry Outlet MediaCityUK Manchester, as an administration assistant in the management suite.I worked with Centre Managers, Senior Leadership Teams, Tenants, and contractors ensuring that the centre was ran efficiently and that the tenants’ needs were met. In addition to main administration duties, I was involved in the annual H&S auditing of over 80 units, ensuring compliance in Health and Safety and reports on stock conditioning. I had the opportunity to work with the business’s accountants and Head of Property, in the recovery of arrears, as well as creating a new 4 step debt recovery process. As a result of this, I successfully managed to recover £650,000 in arrears within 6 months of taking on the accounts and agreed multiple payment plans to reduce debts.
